JSQM takes strike call back on Wasans assurance

JSQM has taken its strike call back after assurance of probe by Sindh Home Minister Manzoor Wasan.

Jay Sindh Qaumi Movement (JSQM) has decided to take back the Saturday strike call after Sindh home minister announced that Bashir Qureshi’s death causes investigation would be conducted in UK.According to sources, the JSQM leaders during a meeting decided to take back the strike call after Sindh government assurance to conduct medical tests for ascertaining causes of Bashir Qureshi’s death.Earlier, addressing a press conference here on Friday, home minister Manzoor Wassan announced that on the instructions of chief minister, he has directed the home department to make arrangements for investigation and medical tests in UK to ascertain the causes of the death of Bashir Qureshi.He said that he has received request from the family of the nationalist leader and announced that the government would conduct medical tests in UK to ascertain the causes of the death.The home minister said that complete investigation report of the JSQM chief would be made public soon. He requested the JSQM to take back strike call as the common people suffer during strikes.
