The judicial commission probing the memo scandal resumed the hearing at Islamabad High Court today.

Former ambassador to US Hussain Haqqani did not appear in the hearing despite commission’s order.Earlier on Friday, the commission had directed the federal government to ensure the presence of Hussain Haqqani with his Blackberry handsets and other data.During case proceedings, Justice Faez Isa expressed resentment over Foreign Ministry official Sohail Khans failure to submit reply regarding missing BlackBerry sets of Hussain Haqqaniand responded that contempt notice can be issued against Khan as he failed to table required information despite court’s order four days ago.Head of the commission also reprimanded Attorney General over his negative response to the questions.The commission has summoned Foreign Secretary today regarding recovery details of Hussain Haqqani’s cell phone.
