Chief Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhary has called the Supreme Judicial Council session on August 08. CJ will chair the session while Justice Javed Butar, Sardar Muhammad Raza Khan, Tariq Pervaiz and Khawaja Sharif will be the member of the SJC. The session will evaluate the amendments being made in the superior judiciarys code of conduct. Under the new code of conduct, an action would be taken under article 209 against any judge who would support the unconstitutional ruler.
