Talking to traders at Peshawar Chamber of Commerce and Industry, the US ambassador said that attack on Salala checkposts by Nato was a mistake which should not be repeated.He also said the Pak-US ties should be based on mutual respect. Pakistanis should not look towards Americans for help, instead Pakistan should stand on its own feet, he added.Munter said that the US pays tribute to the people of Khyber Pakhtoonkhawa for their sacrifices in the war on terror. He vowed that Peshawar would once again be made the city of flowers. He said the US would help the traders in every possible manner.
