ISI submits reply in missing persons case

Inter-Services Intelligence agency submitted reply in Islamabad High Court today.

IHC’s Chief Justice Iqbal Hameed Ur Rehman heard the missing personscase.Today, Deputy Attorney General submitted ISI’s reply in the court, stating that there is noMajor Tariq is serving as intelligence officer.He also said that individuals belonging to banned outfits get disappeared and later point fingers at country’s intelligence agency.A petition was filed in the Islamabad High Court regarding disappearance of Doctor Abdul Qayyum and Abdul Waheed from Rahim Yar Khan.Justice Iqbal forwarded the case to the commission working on missing persons andhearing has been adjourned till March 16.
