Court has remanded Punjab Law Ministers brother-in-law in police custody.
Rana Tauseef, brother-in-law of Rana Sanaullah, has been remanded in police custody for a day along with his 18 accomplices accused of the Faisalabad Press Club firing case.Two days ago, two groups of journalists had a clash in the FPC. Later one group opened fire and created panic in the area. Dunya News showed CCTV footage of the attack in which Rana Tauseef was seen passing on guns from behind the boot of a van to his accomplices.Rana Tauseef was arrested only after Dunya News had aired the CCTV footage.Judicial magistrate sent all the accused, including the law minister’s brother-in-law, to police remand for a day.Faisalabad-based journalists said that Rana Tauseef used Rana Sana’s name to create rift between local journalists.
