Two congo virus patients detected in Quetta

Nine patients of congo virus died this year as per health department

 QUETTA (Dunya News) - Two cases of Congo virus were detected at Fatima Jinnah Institute of Chest Diseases in the provincial capital on Monday.

Quetta Health Department Spokesperson said that  both the patients are children and one of them is in critical condition.

The patients are identified as 20-year-old patient Akhtar Muhammad, a resident of Ziarat, and an 8-year-old victim hailing from Chaman.

26 persons have been confirmed as congo virus patients in this year till now whereas nine of them succumbed to their disease
