Malik Riaz calls audio attributed to him 'fake'
LAHORE (Web Desk) – Pakistan business tycoon Malik Riaz Hussain on Sunday rejected any association with the leaked audio attributed to him and called it fake.
Malik Riaz took it to his twitter handle and said that with latest technologies as deep fake, fabricating an audio conversation shouldn’t be a surprise. The audio associated to me on social media is obviously a product of this technology.
He expressed that he does not want to be involved in any political party campaign, but the most appalling fact is that his voice and reference is being misused to settle personal and political scores.
“I absolutely detest these continuous attacks on me, now involving my family too,” he added.
Malik Riaz stated that he intents to pursue this matter legally too and will be using all possible legal forums to find people behind this conspiracy against him.
Anyone found to be originator and facilitator in spreading fake material will be taken to task, he said.
