Cast of upcoming Bollywood film 'Players' promote their flick in Karnataka.

Cast of upcoming Bollywood film Players gathered in Bangalore city of Indias southern state of Karnataka to promote their film on Tuesday.Bollywood actors Abhishek Bachchan, Sonam Kapoor, Bipasha Basu and Neil Nitin Mukesh interacted with mediapersons and shared their experience while working on the film.Bachchan who just became a father seemed excited about the films release which is inspired by the Hollywood flick The Italian Job.It is quite different, the story is same, the screenplay is different because it is made in the Indian context, so we have added a few characters and being Abbas Mustans film there are lots of twists and turns as well. We are all very excited and have had a wonderful time making this film. We are very excited to show and share it with the audience, said Abhishek Bachchan.The action film is about a group of people, which come together for a massive gold robbery. Bachchan informed that the actors themselves have performed most stunts in the film.Anytime you do a film which requires a lot of physicality, there is a lot of conditioning that goes into it. The entire star cast was put through a rigorous conditioning programme, which involved a lot of hitting the gym and getting your body tone to do a lot of stunts.Most of the actors have done their own stunts; you know for that a lot of physical preparations goes into it, a lot of training, added Bachchan.The film is directed and produced by Abbas-Mustan, stars Abhishek Bachchan, Bobby Deol, Bipasha Basu, Sonam Kapoor, Neil Nitin Mukesh, Sikander Kher, Omi Vaidya, Johnny Lever, and Vinod Khanna among others.Music of the film is composed by Bollywood music director Pritam and Cinematography is done by Ravi Yadav.The film is all set for a worldwide release on January 6, 2012.
