(Web Desk) - Social media has been abuzz with the speculation of Tamil actress Sunaina and Dubai-based YouTuber Khalid Al Ameri's engagement after their cryptic posts.
Tamil actress Sunaina, known for her roles in the web series Inspector Rishi and the anthology film Sillu Karuppatti, has reportedly got engaged to YouTuber Khalid Al Ameri, one of the most popular content creators in the Middle East.
Their latest photos are creating a buzz online. Ameri was earlier married to Salama Mohamed, who confirmed that the former couple got divorced in February this year.
A few weeks back on June 5, Sunaina posted a monochrome picture in which she held hands with a mystery guy. In the post that carried no caption but only a lock emoji, fans flooded the comments section with congratulatory posts.
Later, Khalid Al Ameri posted a similar picture. Interestingly, in it, rings could be spotted on the fingers of the couple holding hands.
Speculation is now rife that the the Sunaina and Ameri are now engaged.
Meanwhile, on July 1, Ameri's former wife and collaborator on YouTube videos, Salama Mohamed revealed on NourAldin Alyousuf’s YouTube channel that she and Ameri were divorced. She further stated that their divorce was finalised on February 14 this year.
Who is YouTuber Khalid Al Ameri?
According to Khalid Al Ameri's Facebook page, he makes videos about the funny situations in life and travel to share stories. His channel on YouTube has been active since 2011 and has over 3.8 million followers.
On Instagram, he enjoys over 3 million fan following. Since early this year, he has been travelling back and forth from India and his social media pages are filled with content featuring Indian cities.
Sunaina on the other hand was a model before she ventured into acting with Telugu film Kumar Vs Kumari (2005). She made her Tamil debut with Kadhalil Vizhunthen (2008). Some of her recent projects include Laththi (2022), Regina (2023) and the 2024 web series Inspector Rishi.
