KARACHI (Dunya News) – The 15th edition of the Karachi Literature Festival (KLF) began on Friday.

The three-day event (Feb 16-18) promises to have insightful discussions on various themes. Almost 200 speakers including those from foreign countries are participating in the carnival of ideas.

There will be 75 sessions under the broad theme of “Sustainability – world-changing mindset” and 25 book launch events. Screening of films is part of the three-day activities.

The inaugural event will include keynote speeches by architect and activist Arif Hasan and British-Palestinian lawyer Selma Dabbagh.

Among a number of sessions will be one on the late Nur Jehan.

The KLF is an annual feature of the city of lights, which affords thousands of people to enjoy insightful discussions on multiple themes and current issues.
