Has Shah Rukh Khan refused to work with daughter in film?

The film seems to have been shelved
(Web Desk) – For quite some time now, rumours have been rife that Shah Rukh Khan will collaborate with his daughter, Suhana Khan, for the first film together.
The film named King, directed by Sujoy Ghosh, has Suhana as an orphan girl and SRK is supposed to be safeguarding her.
The news left many excited but it transpired that the project has been shelved.
According to a report by FirstPost, it is SRK who has apparently withdrawn from the project to prevent his daughter from facing the burdens of unfavourable comparison. SRK is also concerned with the aftermath of Suhana’s performance in her debut film which received considerable flak from the audience.
