As per the ministry’s notification, Brar is accused of smuggling high-grade arms, ammunition, and explosive materials via drones from across the border.
He is alleged to have supplied these materials for carrying out killings and providing sharpshooters.
Born in 1994 in Sri Muktsar Sahib, Punjab, Brar currently resides in Brampton, Canada, and is associated with the Babbar Khalsa International terror outfit, according to the official notification.
