Who once attacked Naseeruddin Shah with knife? Actor reveals
(Web Desk) - Bollywood's versatile and senior actor Naseeruddin Shah has revealed in his book that he was once stabbed in the back by an actor friend due to which he bled profusely.
He is often in the news for his bold statements and has mentioned various incidents of his life in his autobiography.
The Indian actor also revealed in his book that once one of his friends, Jaspal, stabbed him and injured him in an incident in 1977 in Mumbai.
Mr Shah described the incident during those days there was tension between him and Jaspal and when he ignored him in the room, Jaspal attacked him with knife.
He said Om Puri saved him from another attack when Jaspal tried another attempt.
The Indian actor said in his autobiography that Om Puri wanted to take me to the hospital but the owner of the restaurant said that both should not leave until the police come.
Naseeruddin Shah said that after asking some questions, the police took us to the hospital and when he went home, Jaspal came for a visit and he told that the reason for the matter was not a personal quarrel.
However, Mr Shan does not explain the reasons behind his friendship with Jaspal.
