He said he got threat from Canada-based gangster Goldy Brar

(Web Desk) - Rapper and singer Yo Yo Honey Singh has claimed to have received threatening calls from Canada-based gangster Goldy Brar.

Singh met with Delhi Police Commissioner Sanjay Arora at Delhi Police Headquarters and filed an official complaint.

Brar is the same gangster who allegedly was a mastermind in the murder of Punjabi singer Sidhu Moosewala last year.

While talking to the media at Police Headquarters, Singh said, “Some voice notes and some calls are received from Goly Brar. CP sir has said not to reveal much about the case. Whatever evidence we have, we gave it to the Delhi Police.”

“Maut se dar kisko nahi lagta (who does not get scared of death) This has happened to me for the first time in my life. I was always scared of death. And today, my family and I are in danger. Everyone loves me and I don’t know why this has happened or why he gave me a threat,” said Singh.

Yo Yo Honey Singh, whose original name is Hirdesh Singh, is an Indian music producer, rapper, singer, songwriter and actor.

He started in 2003 as a session and recording artist and became a bhangra and hip-hop music producer. Later, he became successful with his songs and started making songs for Bollywood films.

He sang hundreds of Bollywood and Punjabi songs.
The threat to Singh has been taken seriously by the Delhi Police, which initiated the registration of the FIR.

The Delhi Police Special Cell has started the investigation as well.

Brar is one of the main conspirators in the killing of Moosewala in Punjab’s Tarn Taran in May Last year. Moosewala had received over two dozen bullets in an alleged gang war between the Lawrence Bishnoi gang and the Bambiha gang.
