(Web Desk) – Elon Musk owned Twitter has removed legacy blue checkmark from multiple high-profile accounts after it implemented its new verification policy.
From now on, the verified blue tick will be available to the users who are paying for Twitter Blue, which costs USD 8/month via the web and USD 11/month through in-app payment on iOS and Android.
PTI Chairman Imran Khan, Pakistan skipper Babar Azam are among the national and international celebrities who have lost the verified status on Twitter.
