All of the songs have compensated the distress irked by last chapter by Coke Studio 11.

Sahil is embellished with a solo mesmerizing and mystic performance Balghal Ula Be Kamalihi by legendry Abida Parveen, Jind Mahiya by Shuja Haider, Ballay Ballay by Abrarul Haq and Aima Baig and last but not the least Ya Qurban by Khumaryan. All of the songs from the latest episode have compensated the distress irked in last chapter as no song in last episode succeeded to inspire which even though hit the screen after a gap of ‘Muharram’.
Balghal Ula Be Kamalihi by Abida Parveen
Abida Parveen’s solo performance dazzles the coke studio 11 floors with a powerful and grandeur performance of a mystic and sufi narration Balghal Ula Be Kamalihi penned by Hazrat Bedam Shah Warsi.
The rhyme begins with the soulful and heartwarming tune of sitar with a divine call set on the odes praising the eminence, dignity and glory of the Holy Prophet (PBUH) and submerged in the eternal beauty of endless love and admiration for him - in every object existed - through the powerful vocals of the sufi singer. The instrument performance remains in the backdrop of her singing but fairly resonates in the mid-gaps.
The Sufi performance Balghal Ula Be Kamalihi ends with the tear-jerking and hair-raising, divine enchantment of the a restless and agog spiritual follower – seeking the assistance of the Messiah of the universe, the dearest to the God Holy Prophet Hazrat Muhammad (PBUH).
Ballay Ballay by Abrarul Haq and Aima Baig
Abrarul Haq made a fair comeback through a sprightly and lively jam – a mash up of Punjabi Wedding Songs and Tappay – Ballay Ballay set on the electrifying instruments. It is the most upbeat and energetic performance of the chapter though does not inspire much mainly due to an annoying end. Aima Baig never goes disappointing. She pairs up superbly with Haq.
Ballay Ballay starts with a great striking Mehndi Tan Nachdi by Abrarul Haq, making it a perfect Wedding anthem. Later Amina Baig gives it a smacking and outstanding jolt. Ballay Ballay should better ends on more high notes of some other top notch Punjabi folk memorable songs’ couplets.
Jind Mahi by Shuja Haider
Shuja Haider consistently is giving an outstanding and terrific performance throughout the season. In another experimental performance set on the mid-eastern tunes, this perky and peppy performance is also his signature fine arrangement of notes on amusing couplets.
Jind Mahiya is a new-age mood-lifting romantic song penned, sung and composed by Shuja Haider. It is a song that surely can gain the ‘music-in-car’ status. Haider’s witted and spirited lyrics on cheerful and buoyant composition is another landmark presentation of Haider who never afraid of trying new and different things in music and lyrics.
Ya Qurban by Khumariyan
Ya Qurban actually brought Khumariyan’s originality and talent in spotlight. Khumariyan is a band of four extremely brilliant artists which shone very bright with this Pakhtun music reflection.
Overall performance is an evident of their potential and mettle. The attention-grabbing notes of rubab and thrilling guitar play to boost the flavor of the mountainous annotations of northern areas traditions and culture. The splendid sonic sounds of rubabs influence nerves to thump feet on the distinctive beat and vibrant tune. Ya Qurban won the heart with the chorus, flow of the composition and instrumental harmony. Performance as par excellence.
