Humaira Ahmed replied to the allegations leveled against her by her husband Ahmed Butt
LAHORE (Dunya News) – Singer Humaira Ahmed on Tuesday announced the failure of her 11-year-old marriage in front of media. The singer broke down in tears during her press conference, reported Dunya News.
Talking to media at Lahore Press Club, Humaira Ahmed replied to the allegations leveled against her by her husband Ahmed Butt.
Humaira Ahmed said that 2 years ago, her husband Ahmed had come to an agreement with her without coming on Media. He had also apologized to her.
According to the agreement, said Humaira, she would get custody of the children and would give 20 lac rupees to Ahmed in exchange for the custody of the child.
Humaira said that now her husband is not only demanding 3 crore from her but also threatening to throw mud at her character.
She said that she had compromised with her husband for the sake of her child adding that Ahmed had not paid her dues for any movie since ‘Salakaan’.
Humaira Ahmed said that she had signed a contract with Ali Essey company which had provided her with a house.
She said that although she had separated from her husband yet the decision to divorce from her husband would be in the hands of the elders.
