A. R. Rahman receives another honorary doctorate

Oscar-winning music composer A.R. Rahman was conferred with honorary doctorate by Indias largest technical university. At the convocation ceremony of Anna University, the Governor of Tamil Nadu and university chancellor gave away the honorary degree to A. R. Rahman. Tamil Nadu Deputy Chief Minister M.K. Stalin and Chandrayaan project director M. Annadurai were also conferred with honorary doctorates by Anna University during the convocation. A. R. Rahman who also won two Oscars for Slumdog Millionaire, told that he is very happy after achieving this degree. Earlier, Aligarh Muslim University also gave an honorary doctorate to A. R. Rahman.
