KARACHI (Dunya News) - Robbers looted a mobile phone shop in Gulshan-e-Hadeed area here on Saturday.
A CCTV footage of the incident showed four suspects riding two motorcycles stormed into the mobile phone shop and took away mobile phones after taking the shopkeeper hostage at gunpoint.
A case of the incident was registered at the Steel Town police station on the complaint of the shopkeeper. The shopkeeper told the police that the accused fled after stealing mobile phones and cash worth millions of rupees from the shop.
Police have launched a probe into the robbery and is using CCTV footage to reach out the culprits. Police said the dacoits would be arrested soon.
