KASUR (Dunya News) - In a major operation, Changa Manga Police recovered two minor sisters who had been abducted from Lahore.

According to police officials, officers on patrol detained suspicious individuals who later confessed to kidnapping the girls.

Acting on their identification, police successfully recovered the abducted sisters.

The rescued girls were identified as Arooj Fatima, 16, and Manisa Fatima, 12.

The suspects, identified as Shan Ali and Ghulam Fareed - both residents of Lahore - had allegedly abducted the sisters from the provincial capital.

A kidnapping case had earlier been registered at Nawan Kot Police Station on the complaint of the girls’ father.

Police spokesperson said further investigation is underway.

Authorities are also reviewing the suspects’ previous criminal records from various police stations before proceeding with legal action.
