OKARA (Dunya News) – Police claimed to have arrested two suspects who raped a 13-year-old girl suffering from impaired speech and hearing here on Thursday.
The suspects have been identified as Saif and Javed. According to Cantt Police, the suspects subjected the special person rape and made her video.
Having being informed about the incident, police started investigation and arrested the accused within 24 hours, using modern tools of investigation.
SP Investigations has been given the task of conducting an impartial and fair inquiry into the case and bring the culprits to justice at the earliest.
Initial report suggests that the incident took place in Hatta Movashi, where the two suspects the raped the girl and made her video.
Police said there was a zero tolerance against criminals involved in crimes against girls and children. Further investigation was underway.
