GUJRANWALA (Dunya News) – Bandits killed a trader and injured his brother during robbery, Dunya News reported here on Wednesday.
According to police, the trader and his brother were returning home from their shop when robbers tried to plunder cash and valuables from them.
They tried to foil their bid of plundering. During the scuffle, the robbers started firing which caused the sudden death of the trader and injuries to his brother.
The robbers escaped after the incident. On information, police reached the crime scene and started investigation after shifting the dead body and the injured to hospital. Police launched a manhunt for the fleeing robbers.

In Kasur, a man was murdered over old enmity. According to Rescue 1122, unidentified gunmen killed a man, who stated to be a journalist of local newspaper.
According to initial police investigation, the journalist was murdered over old enmity. Police were trying to arrest the killers.
