SHIKARPUR (Dunya News) - An exchange of fire between two tribal groups in Katcha area of Shikarpur claimed life of an SHO, Dunya News here on Wednesday.

Police were informed that two rival groups were clashing and using heavy weapons against each other. When Bachobahu Sherab police led by SHO reached there to stop their fighting, unfortunately the police head was caught in the firing of the warring groups.

He received fatal injuries and died before being shifted to hospital. After the incident, police cordoned off the area and sealed exit and entry points of the area and launched a manhunt for the arrest of the fleeing outlaws.

MISSING BOY FOUND DEAD

In Karachi, a missing seminary student was found dead in the seminary’s water tank in Sultanabad Pakhtun Chowk, Dunya News reported here on Wednesday.

Five-year-old Bilal had been missing for two days. On not finding him, his parents lodged a complaint with police, who started his search.

Later, his dead body was found in the water tank of the seminary. Police have registered a case and are investigating.
