Man torches his three children, himself in Karachi

KARACHI (Dunya News) - In a tragic incident, a man allegedly set his three children on fire before torching himself over 'financial' issues.
The incident took place in North Karachi area where, police said, Arif set his three children on fire by sprinkling petrol on them and also burnt himself.
The four members of the family were admitted to a hospital in a critical condition.
The children were identified as Ghulam Hussain, Horia and Eman Fatima. Their mother died eight months ago.
On being informed, a police team reached the spot and started investigation to ascertain the cause of the incident. It is presumed that the man had been struggling to maintain the family due to financial crisis.
