Scuffle over domestic issue turns bloody
LAHORE: (Dunya News) – A man was gunned down by his brother-in-law in Manawan area here on Saturday, Dunya News reported.
Accused Imran shot at Ali Raza and killed him over a domestic issue, Manawan police said.
Ali Raza’s sister was residing in her brother’s house after developing a dispute with her husband accused Imran.
On the day of the incident, Imran went to the house of Ali Raza to bring back his wife. But his wife refused to go with him.
As a result, a scuffle took place between Imran and Ali Raza, which led to the murder of Ali Raza.
Manawan police reached the crime scene and started investigation after sending off the dead body to hospital for post-mortem.
Police have registered a case against Imran on the complaint of deceased's brother Ali Shan.
Cantt SP Owais Shafi formed a team to arrest the killer.
The SP said police were conducting raids to track down the killer and assured the bereaved family of providing justice by punishing the murderer.
