FIA arrests fraudsters for looting Umrah pilgrims

ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) - The Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) on Saturday arrested a gang involved in minting money from the Umrah pilgrims.
The crackdown was launched by the Anti-Human Trafficking Cell of FIA.
According to FIA officials, Hafiz Muzamil Riaz and Mubashar Rafique were arrested for looting the innocent Umrah pilgrims.
The latest arrests were made on the identification of already arrested suspects, said the officials.
The accused deprived the innocent Umrah pilgrims of 20 million rupees. The suspects didn’t send the citizens to Saudi Arabia for Umrah but took a hefty amount.
The case has been launched against the accused while further investigation is also underway.
