Lahore police kill two dacoits in an alleged encounter

Two robbers got killed, two escaped, whereas two policemen were also injured in the incident
LAHORE (Dunya News) – In an alleged encounter near Sher-Shah Checkpost in Chung area of the provincial capital, police killed two dacoits in an alleged encounter, however, two other escaped the scene.
According to the reports, four motorcycle riding robbers encountered police in Chung area of Lahore, the police signaled the suspects to stop, upon which they opened fire at police.
In an exchange of fire two of the dacoits were killed, whereas the other two remained successful in fleeing, two police officers were also injured in the incident.
SP Saddar Waqar Kharal visited the injured policemen, he said, the police have fought with the criminal with commendable bravery. Moreover, the deceased suspects are being identified.
