The motive behind the killing remains unknown
LAHORE (Dunya News) – A 60-year-old man, identified as Ayub Ahmed, was shot dead near Islampura on Tuesday.
According to police, the deceased was sitting at a petrol pump when assailants opened fire on him, resulting in his death.
Police arrived at the scene immediately and started collecting evidence. A forensic team was also called in to assist with the investigation.
The motive behind the killing remains unknown and police are exploring all possible angles. The body was later shifted to the mortuary by Edhi volunteers after police action.
