Woman gang-raped in Raiwind, case registered after two days
LAHORE (Dunya News) - A woman working as a housemaid was allegedly gang-raped in Raiwind area of Lahore, police registered the case two days later.
A woman in Lahore was allegedly gang-raped by two men who lured her to a house in Raiwind for work as housemaid.
According to the First Information Report (FIR), the woman was walking on Khayaban-e-Amin Road when an unknown man gave her lift on a motorbike and took her mobile number under the pretext of looking for a housemaid.
The next day, same person called her and asked her to come to Raiwind. When the woman reached there, the man took her to a house on a motorcycle. There was already another person in the house, both men gang-raped her. The woman called and reported the incident to her husband, who arrived on the scene. The accused also tortured her husband, FIR.
The couple informed the police on emergency 15, police reached the spot but the accused could not be arrested.
