Faisalabad: Influential landlords torture 25-year-old man for quitting job
FAISALABAD (Dunya News) - Influential landlords tortured a 25-year-old man for quitting job and shaved his head.
The tragic incident took place in the area of Jhumra police station. The worker was chained and tied with animals after torture. CPO Faisalabad took notice of the incident after video went viral on social media.
Taking notice of the incident, Punjab Chief Minister Sardar Usman Buzdar has sought a report from RPO Faisalabad.
The Chief Minister while ordering strict action against the perpetrators in accordance with the law said that justice should be provided to the victim of violence at all costs.
Meanwhile, police registered a case and arrested an accused named in the incident, while raids are being carried out to nab other accused.
