Nine-year-old boy kills aunt for honor in Sargodha
SARGODHA (Dunya News) - A nine-year-old boy shot dead his aunt, who had married of her own choice to a man 10 years ago, even before the birth of the accused, for honour in a village of Sargodha.
The victim, who has been identified as Kanwal Fardeen, had come to meet her relatives after she was invited on the birth of a child at her uncle’s house on September 14.
The plot was designed to trap the mother of three children, police said, adding that investigation teams have been set up to arrest the suspects who trained the child to shot her aunt.
As Fardeen reached the home of relatives, a son of her brother opened fire on her, leaving the woman dead.
