Dr. Maha case: Both accused Junaid, Waqas flee after court rejects bail
KARACHI (Dunya News) - The court has rejected the bail plea of both the accused named in the Dr Maha Shah murder case while the accused managed to escape from the court.
According to details, City court ruled on bail plea of accused in Dr Maha Shah murder case and rejected bail of both Junaid and Waqas. At the previous hearing, the verdict was reserved on the bail application of the accused. The case has been registered under the name of Dr Maha Shah s father.
Accused Waqas and Junaid fled the courtroom after their bail was rejected. Outside the city court, the investigating officer caught Junaid in a rickshaw. Junaid s lawyers helped Junaid in his escape.
