KARACHI (Dunya News) - A case related to the incident of rape of a woman was heard in the local court of Karachi. The court handed over the accused to police on a three-day physical remand.
The case was heard in the city court regarding the incident of rape of a mentally handicapped woman in Baldia Ittehad Town.
Mominabad police arrested accused Faisal and produced him in court. The court handed over the accused to the police on a three-day physical remand.
The court in its remarks said that the DNA report of the accused should be presented at the next hearing. It also ordered to arrest the fugitive accused and produce him.
Accused Faisal said that Abdul Hameed carried out the rape in my factory. I was at home at the time of the incident. The police have conducted medical of the accused, the truth will come out in the report.
