LEAs conduct search operation in Karachi Central Jail
KARACHI (Dunya News) - A search operation was carried out by law enforcement agencies in Karachi Central Jail on Friday.
According to jail sources, the search operation was carried out in all parts of the Central Jail in which all barracks and cells were also searched.
During the operation, movement of civilians in the jail was restricted. A comprehensive search of the prisoners was also carried out in the operation carried out by more than 400 operatives.
Security was tightened around the jail during the operation but according to jail sources, no prohibited items were found on the premises.
