Neighbor confesses to killing, raping 10-year-old Khadija in Karachi.
KARACHI (Dunya News) – The rape and murder case of 10-year-old Khadija has been solved as the suspect Farhan has confessed to his crime, Dunya News reported on Monday.
According to details, the accused lives in victim’s neighborhood. The police had taken 16 suspects into custody after the incident and their DNA tests were conducted.
The investigation team has informed that the court will be requested for further extension of the physical remand of the suspect.
Let it be known that 10-year-old Khadija was killed after rape in Karachi’s Bin Qasim Railway Colony three days ago. The tortured dead body of the minor was recovered from water tank of the house.
The child’s postmortem was conducted at the Jinnah hospital Karachi which revealed that she was strangled to death.
