Key commander of notorious Ghaffar-Zikri group arrested
Police and Rangers carried out a joint operation in Liyaris Kalatkot area.
Karachi (Dunya-News)–The law-enforcement agencies have on Tuesday detained a notorious commander of gang war’s Ghaffar Zikri group during a raid in Liyari, Kalatkot area of the metropolis.
As per the details, police and Rangers carried out a joint operation in Liyari’s Kalatkot area and apprehended a key commander of Ghaffar Zikri group namely Amjad.
According to SSP City Muqadas Haider, the arrested commander was involved in several incidents of murder, attempt to murder, extortion and many other terrorist acts.
Weapons including Kalashnikov and a hand grenade were also confiscated from the possession of the arrested suspect.
Investigation is underway from the held suspect and important revelations are expected.
