30-year-old lady doused with acid in Faisalabad
Shaista was walking towards nearby market when attacked.
FAISALABAD (Dunya News) – Unknown assailant on Wednesday doused 30-year-old Shaista with acid in Gulberg area of Faisalabad.
As per details garnered, Shaista was walking towards nearby market along with her friends when an unknown biker threw acid on her face. The victim was immediately rushed to Allied Hospital. Fortunately, the lady escaped severe injuries as she had covered her face and eyes with the veil.
On the other hand, Capital City Police Officer (CCPO) immediately took notice of the appalling incident and instructed sub-ordinates to arrest the culprit at earliest.
