Police held bank itself responsible for the criminal offence

KARACHI (Dunya News) – A bank robbery took place in cloth market of Kharadar on Wednesday where dacoits looted Rs. 0.7 million.

Robbers broke the weapons of security guard and law enforcement agencies remained unaware of the crime scene. Police held the bank itself responsible for the criminal offence, blaming their negligence in ensuring security.

According to reports, six dacoits came on motorbikes to loot them bank. They took the bank staff and customers hostage before cleaning everything up in no more than two and a half minutes.


Police and media obtained CCTV footage of the robbery in which the whole crime can be witnessed.


Yesterday, special investigation unit released photograph of suspect who killed bank manager during bank robbery. They announced a reward of Rs. 5 lac for anyone who help identify and arrest and person.
