Faisalabad: Old enmity claims three lives

Three people were gunned down in the jurisdiction on Kharianwala police station on Friday.

FAISALABAD (Dunya News) – At least three people were shot dead and two other were wounded in the jurisdiction on Kharianwala police station near Faisalabad on Friday, Dunya News reported.

According to details, 40-year-old Ahsan, 25-year-old Rafaqat and 45-year-old Jameel went to Chak No-RB to enquire about health of their friend Shafeeq. They were sitting outside a workshop when their rivals opened fire and killed them on the spot.

Two other persons, Arshad and Bashir, were wounded in the firing and were shifted to the hospital. The attackers managed to escape from the scene after the incident.

The deceased had killed Imtiaz alias Qari’s brother some two years ago. SP Jaranwala has termed the incident a case of old enmity.
