Locals caught robber for stealing mobile phone from woman in Gujranwala
The robber snatched the phone from the woman and ran away.
GUJRANWALA (Dunya News) – A robber was caught by the locals on Thursday when he tried to snatch mobile phone from a woman in Gujranwala.
The incident happened on Sialkot Road where a woman was coming out from a market after buying the mobile phone.
The robber snatched the phone from her and ran away on which the woman begin to shout.
The locals standing nearby followed the robber and caught him. They thrashed him with punches and slaps.
He was later handed over to Satellite Town police and has been identified as Arshad.
The shopkeepers also accused him of stealing mobile phones from their market in the past.
