Dacoity attempt at Quetta's private bank foiled
The injured guard was shifted to civil hospital for medical assistance.
QUETTA (Dunya News) – Police and security guards on Friday foiled a dacoity attempt in Quetta’s private bank.
According to police, four masked robbers tried to enter a private bank for robbery bid in Satellite Town area.
The security guards deployed outside the bank stopped them from entering on which they opened fire which injured one of the guard in the shoulder.
Police positioned nearby the bank retaliated to the attack and fired gunshots on which the dacoits escaped.
The injured guard was shifted to civil hospital for medical assistance.
Bank manager stated that the robbery was thwarted due to the timely action of security guards and police.
