The National Twenty20 Tournament entered semifinal stage with Lahore Eagles, Sialkot Stallions, Peshawar Panthers and Rawalpindi Rams booked the knockout spots.In the matches played on Friday, Multan Tigers defeated Afghan Cheetas by four wickets. Multan team achieved the target of 132 runs, set up by Afghan Cheetas, for the loss of six wickets in the last over.In the second match of the day, Rawalpindi Rams beat Faisalabad Wolves by seven runs after a thrilling encounter. Batting first Rawalpindi managed 165 runs and then restricted Karachi Wolves to 158 runs.In the third match of the day, Peshawar Panthers defeated Karachi Dolphins by 29 runs. Team from Peshawar scored 177 runs for the loss of seven wickets in 20 overs and restricted Karachi Dolphins to 148.The semifinals of the tournament will be played today. The semifinal between Lahore Eagles and Sialkot Stallions will start at 4:00pm. The second semifinal, between Peshawar Panthers and Rawalpindi Rams will begin at 8:00pm.
