KARACHI (Dunya News) - Spinner of the New Zealand cricket team, Ish Sodhi, said that Kiwi players are preparing well for the World Cup through the Pak-NZ series and IPL.

Speaking at a press conference at the National Stadium in Karachi, Ish Sodhi said that our B-team is up against the Green Shirts of Pakistan. Only some of the players are experienced while most are inexperienced, and temperament is crucial in One Day cricket.

While talking about Saqlain Mushtaq, Ish Sodhi said that Saqlain's presence in the dressing room as a spinner is proving to be beneficial for us, and we call him 'Guru' due to deep respect and love.

He said that in the past two matches, Pakistan's Fakhar Zaman played an important role in his team's victories with some spectacular innings. Sodhi also acknowledged that our team is feeling the absence of Williamson, as he is one of the world's best players.
