Pakistan and Zimbabwe will play three ODIs in Rawalpindi.

RAWALPINDI (Dunya News) – Zimbabwe cricket team conducted practice at the Rawalpindi Cricket Stadium on Wednesday ahead of their three one-day international (ODI) matches against Pakistan at the same venue.

Rawalpindi stadium is once again ready for international cricket after hosting the National T20 Cup. The anti-corruption units of the International Cricket Council (ICC) and the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) will also keep a close eye on players during the series.

The cricketers will not be allowed to meet anyone and have been directed to remain vigilant on social media as well. The authorities have directed all individuals to immediately report if they observe any suspicious person or activity.

The PCB ACU had foiled bookies’ attempt during the recently held National T20 Cup. The Rawalpindi ODIs will be followed by three Twenty20 Internationals (T20Is) in Lahore. The series will be played in bio-secure bubble due to COVID-19.
