UK Media XI to play Peace Cup in North Waziristan
The match will be played at the Younas Khan Stadium.
NORTH WAZIRISTAN AGENCY (Dunya News) – Cricket is definitely back in Pakistan as a match will be held between Pakistan XI and UK Media XI in North Waziristan Agency (NWA) on Thursday (tomorrow), said Director-General (DG) Inter-Services Public Relation (ISPR) Major General Asif Ghafoor in a tweet.
Major General Asif Ghafoor said in his message that the match will be telecasted live from Miranshah, and peace and prosperity is our destiny.

According to details, the game will be played at the Younas Khan Stadium. The match has been organized by collaboration of NWA and Peshawar Zalmi.
It has further been learnt that Kamran Akmal, Junaid Khan, Pakistan chief selector Inzamam-ul-Haq, former captains Shahid Afridi and Younis Khan will also participate in the event.
Umar Gul, Mushtaq Ahmed, Riaz Afridi and Wajahatullah Wasti will also be present on the occasion. It is worth mentioning here that DG ISPR had earlier promised to organize a match in Federally Administered Tribal Areas (FATA).
