Lahore: Logo of Independence Cup unveiled at Gaddafi Stadium
Have to portray positive image of Pakistan through cricket, Sethi said.
LAHORE (Dunya News) – The logo of Independence Cup has been unveiled in a ceremony at Gaddafi Stadium in Lahore today (Thursday).
Talking to media, Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) Chairman Najam Sethi said that Independence Cup is highly important tournament for Pakistan. He said media should back such initiatives for the promotion of cricket.
Have to portray positive image of Pakistan through cricket, he added.
Sethi said that security and other arrangements have been completed but international community is not yet ready to play in Karachi.
