LAHORE (Dunya News) – The lawyer of suspended cricketer Sharjeel Khan has accused PCB of using delaying tactics during the proceedings of PSL spot-fixing scandal, reported Dunya News on Tuesday.

On the other hand, Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has submitted plea to summon the cricketer in front of the tribunal.

Meanwhile, the lawyer of Sharjeel Khan appeared before the tribunal in the aforementioned case and submitted his reply against PCB’s application in which the cricket board declared that it is waiting for the information being provided by England National Crime Agency.

It is worth mentioning here that PCB s counsel had earlier revealed that the England National Crime Agency had contacted the cricket board and had informed them that they wanted to share more information with them which they had gathered after thorough investigation.

Sharjeel Khan s counsel was of the opinion that PCB s using delaying tactics in the case and is trying to lengthen the proceedings.

The lawyer for the PCB Tafazzul Rizvi completely denied the allegations leveled by Sharjeel Khan’s lawyer and professed that PCB has got concrete evidence in this regard and that the tribunal could announce the verdict even today if it opts to do so.
