Umar Akmal should be ashamed of being sent home: Waqar Younis
Waqar remarked that Akaml is doing enmity with himself by not working on his fitness.
KARACHI (Dunya News) – Former Pakistan captain Waqar Younis has said that Umar Akmal should be ashamed of being sent back home after failing the fitness test, but it does not seem like he is will learn from his mistakes.
Waqar Younis said that if we take a look at Umar Akmal’s career, it is full of such events in which he failed to do justice with his career and wasn’t even embarrassed of his acts.
The legendary bowler remarked that Akaml is doing enmity with himself by not working on his fitness and running away from hard work. He said physical fitness is the most important thing for a player, and it is quite disgraceful that Umar has been sent back from the tour on its basis.
