KARACHI (Dunya News) – Captain of T20 squad Shahid Afridi quelled rumors regarding benchin Sarfaraz Ahmed during the recent series against Sri Lanka. He said that senior cricketers will be rested to experiment with the current squad, reported Dunya News.
Talking to media, Shahid Afridi said that team is going through an experimentation phase due to which Sarfaraz Ahmed have been dropped. Shahid Afridi said that Sarfaraz Ahmed might even captain in upcoming matches against Zimbabwe.
He quelled any rumors regarding stopping Sarfaraz Ahmed from playing in the team.
